We all know that Brahmi leaves which are called centella asiatica scientifically, (ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದೆಲಗ) is very healthy to our body both physically and mentally. Daily intake of this leaf in any form improves our grasping and memory power. That too it gives a good result for growing kids. It grows in wetlands by itself, but many people grow them in their gardens. But for many people it is unavailable usually at cities. Here we show a method how to preserve and use them. Cleaned leaves are dried and powdered, then stored in an airtight container. This powder can be intaken as it is or with a drop of honey.
