They conveniently made them Hindus because they couldn't show them as Muslim Lesbians. They always get the Hindu facts all wrong. Luckily Hindus are very tolerant and issue no fatwas. I prefer storytellers who have the guts to make dramas like Parizaad where they have shown the LGBTQA community with a lot of respect despite them being Muslims.
