Pula Deshpande hosted a few shows inaugurating Bal Gandharva Rang Mandir in Pune in 1968. One of them was "Gandharva Gitanjali," which paid tribute to Bal Gandharva's music. The program concluded with Sudhir Phadke, Vasantrao Deshpande, and Bhimsen Joshi all singing the famous abhang "awaghachi sansar sukhacha karina" together, with Pula Deshpande on harmonium. In fact, at 13:05, you hear all of them urging Pula to also join in the singing. The photo in the clip is also from this concert!
