I deeply appreciate your videos and feels immensely great when I find you traveling along with your god (dog) and also with the little Manvi. For the very cute Manvi , please try feeding Little Millet . Need to soak the grains for 8 hours before cooking. We do not require a single spoon of sugar for our entire life. So please consider ignoring sugar for good . I feel very sorry for your food habits. Please avoid and stop eating rice , wheat , milk , sugar, jaggery, honey, dry fruits and sweet fruits. Please eat Foxtail Millet, Kodo Millet, Little Millet, Barnyard Millet and Browntop Millet. These millets are for both of you, Manvi and all your loved ones. You get very good quality of these grains in Bluru. Strictly try to eat for atleast 90 days to understand it's goodness and also because HbA1c changes every 90 days. Take care. All the best.

Always wanted to warn you and your family members, every time I viewed you eating foods but garnered the urge to correct you only after watching the innocent and cute Manvi being fed with solids. If it wasn't Manvi then I would have ignored your eating habits. I also noticed that you both are trying to avoid carbohydrates in your Horsley Hills vlog . The above mentioned five Millets are definitely gluten free and they have very healthy ratio of carbohydrates and dietary fibre along with a plethora of other essential nutrients. Soaking for 8 hours is the key. Soak the grains in refrigerator and cook at your convenience if required. Bajra , Ragi and Jwhar are also good but you can add them to your foods only after your an year or two of strictly eating the above five millets. Vlogs are secondary, health is primary. I watch KZfaq on my TV and so I had to switch to smartphone to write to you. I feel the same for every travel and food vlogger but cute little and innocent Manvi is the trigger to write to you.
