Congratulations! The new WagonR is wider and has a much bigger boot than the older version. My brother and brother-in-law have both bought the new WagonR after selling their old WagonRs---both are senior citizens and we all agree that no other budget car has such great ease of ingress and egress. By the way, I was the first in the family to buy a WagonR --this was way back in 2001. Bought it for 4.10 lakhs and sold it after 18 years for 90K. Wish you many happy miles on the WagonR!

Congratulations for the new car. I miss my childhood days hanging out in my uncle's Ikon. Buying a car on infinia card!! Next trip will be sponsored by credit card rewards 😁😁 These shops and showrooms charge that 2% MDR Fees which they aren't supposed to and that's a bummer always. We can complain to their bank and if no action is taken then RBI Ombudsman.

Yeah I was told that as per some rules only 99K can be free from CC and 2Lakh cash. Rest all has to be Loan, Cheque or Balance transfer. That's a great idea and I will check with Rbi guidelines on same if seller can make some amendments to sales payment method!

@@RovingCouple As long as we spend within our credit limit, there's no rule that mentions about the maximum amount you can spend on credit card(s). With Rupay credit /debit cards MDR is free obviously. With Visa, Master card, Diner's Club it could go upto 1- 2% Amex charges the highest MDR fees. That's why every shop keeper refuses to accept an AMEX card even though it works on his PoS machine. It's always been tricky for people who use an AMEX card.

7:45 Any advantage of doing all credit card payment ?? 2 percent is the card swipe charges or service charge I think.

No benefit just ease of access as anyway. the 2% comes back as points to be utilised. Small transaction doest charge the additional amount but large ones does.

I too am thinking of buying one and hv a related query, if u cud pls help -> on-road ws 7.08L and xchange ws for 50k and final amount ws 5.62L. Does it mean that the discount right now on WagonR is ~96k? Could u provide an approx breakup of the discounts u got.

Yes they had 50k car exchange + 25k Diwali + 25k special discount + 4K corporate discount + 28k accessories not taken + reduction in insurance matched with outside insurance . Overall that came but you can contact Jasim for breakup and offer available.

That was sold just because of kept in parking mostly and in 2 years ran just 9000km. Had to sell it and use Ford but ford also recently expired. Glanza wire and stuff were cut by rats and had to sell for 6lakhs for a 9 lakhs car in 2 year.
