Thank you so much, I am a 11 year old who just started crocheting last year, took a 5 month break, but recently started getting back into it. I’ve tried another granny square tutorial but the middle would come out uneven, this tutorial gave me one of the most flattest, and perfect granny square I’ve made in my life. Thank you so much ! 🫶

You are a GENIUS woman! Where have you been all my yarning life?! I wanna take a minute to thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ I've wasted so much time trying to perfect my Granny squares, and no matter what videos I've watched, or channels I've followed have helped much. THIS IS AMAZING INFORMATION and I'm so glad I found you. You mention, in one of your videos, the video took you forever to edit and get it just right. I'd like to thank you so very much for the time and effort you put into this, for those of us out here struggling w some string! 😊❤

I found this video a little hard to understand as I am a beginner crocheter. I understand the terninology but the hook was moving too quicky for me to understand what was happening. I'm sure this would be good for an intermediate crocheter!

when crocheting granny squares with different colours for each round, i like to weave in the tails while i go so i don’t need to at the end. This tip saved me so much time so if you hate weaving in ends, it’s a good idea to work the tail in while crocheting around the square. Hope this helps 🩷.

Great info Brittany. Details are always welcome in a tutorial! Thank you! One question, when you eliminate the extra chain between sections, do you find it "stretches" your connecting stitch and it isn't as smooth, or is it just me? This would apply anytime you have to jump a long way between stitches. Thanks.😊

How do you weave in the slip stitch, at the end of each round, to give it that clean finish? Every time I weave the tail of the slip stitch in, it gives this kind of twisted look to the chain space. I've tried lots of different methods, but have ended up with the same result. On a 'normal' granny square you typically just weave it into a specific chain, which gives it a neat finish. But in this case I'm not too sure what to do. Any advice is appreciated! Hope this made sense.
