I don't know why they chose this movie instead of chosing the original malayalam manichitrathazhu which is a classic. No remake can come close to that movie and the climax is the best acting in the history of cinema.

This is a remake version of the original movie "manichithrathazhu" in the language malayalam. It is considered one of the cult classic of malayalam cinema. While bhool Bhulaiyaa is in more of a comedy tone, the orginal one is more serious and in my opinion better than any of the remakes of the movie.

Imo among the mainstream actors, Akshay Kumar has the best, best comic timing ever. Srk is also very good at comedy, but his comic timings are always not perfect. Akki is literally made for comedy. Miss him a lot in good comedy films nowadays. The writing of his recent comedy films were terrible, to say the least.

After watching this movie, I was very scared of it, I would have been around 5 to 6 years old when this movie came out. When it was my 7th birthday, my friend's sister had acted like this to scare me and I cannot talk about my condition. I didn't know that she was my friend's sister, I was so scared that I thought I would die, so I should try one last time, then I was scared and punched my friend's sister with all my strength. Gave. The light came on and I came to know that it was my friend's sister. Everyone was laughing at me and my friend's sister. This was my friends' plan that they wanted to scare me like this 😂

Firstly ....leave the movie take trip on indian culture and their practices you guyz dont even know that keys can be made with imprint of the original key on a soap or anything that can stay the shape of the key and secondly you should then read about the movie first ....this Is literally a benchmark for a horror comedy film in india it is a cult comedy horror in india and even the 2nd part was inable to cope with it and neither will 3rd ....guys research research ....it doesnt look good with some silly comments made in between😂😂 just saying no offence

Remake of Malayalam movie Manichithrathazhu. It’s remade and destroyed by a bunch of languages. Bollywood is also called remakewood. Because they just remake classic movies by adding indecent language, vulgar comedy & obscenities and claim it as their own creation. They don’t even give any credit to the original.
