True.... I am using from childhood... I am from Kerala, India.... Its an ayurvedic medicine.... But be careful heating oil with it... And also use some Basil(thulasi ) because its too cold for head... Those who have sinus problems it will increase... But if u add same amount of thulasi... It can be managed well☺️
