What if your dog is an Emotional Support Therapy dog specially trained to deal with depression and anxiety? If your dog is leashed and attacked by a pack of 4 unleashed pit bulls, shouldn't you receive some compensation for the service dog??? First case, siblings fighting over something insignificant. Just to justify the hate of each other. Shame on them both for letting a clock get in the way of family love. Plaintiff is a spoiled brat and used to bullying people around. Good that the defendant sold the clock, for big things do take up lots of space. Plaintiff should have taken the clock in the first place. Now she wants to be compensated for the fixed-up clock. Wrong. And she gets only half of what it was sold to Rusty for. Good judgement.

The first case with the clock why didn’t the plaintiff just put it in storage instead of causing this trouble between the sisters. Too easy I suppose.
