In the video, because my data wasn't huge, I got the "Download" option by staying on the same page after a while. But, in your case, especially if your data is big, you should wait at least few days for the email with the download link! By just keep trying downloading again and again without waiting for the download link, you're delaying the process because then Google would have to keep creating new download package while still working on the old request. I guess that's why it says "You have downloaded these files maximum number of times!". Once again, make sure you follow the video exactly and don't skip any steps. I did exactly what you say. and on 5.35 instead of 'download' it shows 'show exports'.. if I click it says that 'since this export is too big for a single file, we've spilt it into 12 packages. they're 12 different file to download, if I downloaded it, its not in a zip file. can you help me here, please? Hello I created albums to download my videos and photos. Sadly i'm very confused about something... in the albums, I only see the photos and not the videos.... Thank you very much for helping people out. It is outrageous how Google makes their products extraordinarily anti-usable just so that they profit from people by making them waste cloud resources. This is unjust. Any good and sane product design would give you a simple button to download all photos. But instead, you have to go through that massively painful and non-intuitive process. My tip, avoid using Google service for storing your data for a longer time or avoid using it at all. I want to help my mom to move the photos onto her computer. Unfortunately, she is locked into Google with her phone. (And yes, just because I am a programmer or software developer, it's not easier for me to use.)
