No nothing to pay at border.... 1200 per person is for one more monastery in next village to samdrup jongkhar... But to visit samdrup jongkhar thr is bo money required

M not aware of local bus to enter inside bhutan... I think u need ur personal vehicle... U can follow rangia tamalpur road from Guwahati
