@@Dirrtysouth1 yes, scratching with long nails should be illegal too, but I rarely see someone with superlong nails wrestle because it would disadvantage for them, Like Xia Li used to wear long fake nails in her entrance but she removes it before the match starts.

If she brought it into the ring in her purse and used it, that would be different. Besides, WWE officials deemed it legal. She never uses it unless her opponents use it against her first. But, since it has been deemed legal, it's fair game.
