I started watching videos on how to use this hair dye and I saw everyone!!!! (Except you) add the powder last. I thought I did it wrong. I've been using Textures & Tones for a few years and it hasn't damaged my hair or dried it out at all. I was using the Honey Blonde color but recently tried Lightest Blonde.

Literally just did this a few days ago, same color, my hair came out the same tone as yours! And we have a similar curl pattern. My hair is SUPER soft after the color. I always use this brand in silken black.

i used bleach before and i totally regret it. i used dye like 2 years ago and since then i never wanted to bleach my hair again. since your my favorite youtuber, i 100% trust you. so i’m thinking about trying this product! my hair looks so boring and i feel like it needs color. i’ve wanted to dye it but after my experiences with bleach i got scared that i will damage my hair. EDIT: i just got the product today. i’m going to be trying it. EDIT2: i just tried this product and i’m not so happy with my result. i think i need another bottle because i have really thick hair. i got the “lightest blonde” and it turned more into a auburn color. plus it didn’t get on all of the parts of my hair 🤦🏽‍♀️. i’m glad that this product doesn’t damage my hair but still kinda mad it didn’t get on all the parts of my hair. i’m planning on getting another bottle next week and trying it out like 2 weeks later 🤷🏽‍♀️. this time i’m gonna straighten my hair then try it. EDIT 3: i tried this product again and i’m very proud of my result this time! i tried another method (which was to straighten my hair then apply the dye with aluminum foil). i also kept the dye on my hair longer then what it recommended. i did this because my hair is dark. anyways i really love the results and my hair has highlights of blonde 😍. it still didn’t get the ends of my hair so idk if i should try it again.. but i definitely recommend trying this product.

I love this hair dye!! I don’t use the conditioner that it comes w/ bc of the silicone that is in it (I am a super silicone nazi). I did a oil mask after rinsing the color out then washed it as I do w/ my normal hair routine (I use a mild soap and moisturizing conditioner). This cures the dryness issues from after dying your hair. Hope this helps anyone!! ❤️
