I agree, but are we sure Bibi isn’t a robotic monkey with all his smarts?!! He squeaks at dad to hurry, he can’t wait for his food in his excitement & he misses nothing! He’s ready to take food right off dad’s plate! Funny, but I love the sound of his chewing knowing how he enjoys his food. He’s so good about dining at the table, as I don’t see many others sitting at an actual table for a meal. Bravo Bibi! ❤️

Of course he understands the local lingo. He wouldn’t understand English too well though, LOL. Most animals develop understanding of language when they are exposed to it every day. When you keep talking to them, they develop understanding, especially intelligent animals like primates and also parrots. Many parrots start building their own sentences and use their words in communication with humans. A great example is Penny the Cockatoo and Gizmo they Grey, both here on KZfaq. They are totally amazing!!! I couldn’t believe it when Penny was on the kitchen counter and had stolen one of mom’s silicone spatulas and she had bit it into tiny pieces, the only thing left was the metal inside the handle. Well, when she was caught red handed, she said to Mommy: «I got so distracted, because I’m adopted!!!» 😂😂😂 She sure knows how to fib. She recently said something and referred to «the spatula business»!!! She is so funny!!! ❤❤❤
