What is the Bible diet food list?
Did you know that the Bible mentions several foods for us to eat?
The Bible diet is quite simple...
To achieve amazing health, you have to understand that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. You need to feed it right with life-giving foods.
You should take care of it by feeding it with the right food, which will not only positively impact your physical body but also your mental and spiritual health.
For Christians, the act of caring for the body is an act of stewardship.
God has given you that body, and He expects you to feed it, give it rest, exercise it properly, and to grow in both the mind and the spirit.
Your body is designed to give glory to God because He owns it.
And by “feeding”, this means eating food as how God designed it to be consumed… Just like how our ancestors in the Bible ate.
Foods in the Bible was simpler, more wholesome, and void of harmful chemicals. People ate food according to God’s design.
There was no heavily processed, lab-made, and chemical-laden food back then. This is why the cell’s chemistry was never out of whack, allowing cells to repair themselves. As a result, health and healing occur right at the cellular level.
But it is not all about living longer. It’s mainly how to thrive in life, whether you are 50, 60, or in your 70s!
You want to feel good about yourself, enjoy every moment of your life and experience that blissful feeling of actually living, thriving, and not merely surviving!
When you feel great, you also radiate positivity. Your thoughts are more peaceful and calmer, your words are gentler, your actions are more sensible.
This is why healthy people are also happy people.
They don’t get into conflicts with others because they also don’t get into conflicts with themselves. Their minds are at peace and their bodies are at an optimal condition. This is what God wants for you - to achieve good health and to live according to His design.
So let us explore more about the life-giving wonders of the food in the Bible, which God has created for you to enjoy and feed your body to reap wonderful benefits for your health.

I’ve been struggling with an eating disorder for over 6 years and I’ll be 35 next month. I am working with an eating disorder specialist and putting in a lot of work, but I finally reached out to God last night, asking for help. The message I received was, “Pray before your meals, be thankful.” I haven’t prayed before a meal in years, especially not in front of people for fear of judgement. But today, after making my breakfast, I sat for a moment and thanked God for my food. Thank you for this video, for taking the time to sit down and film, looking for such vivid pictures, finding the passages in the Bible and putting it all together for us. I want to feel closer to God through food and to heal from my eating disorder.

The food in the Bible wasn't tainted with chemicals, antibiotics, mercury. Most animals are given so much antibiotics the meat is not healthy. Mercury is a big problem in fish. The Bible also didn't have gmo foods. Source the best food you can🌻

Hello my sister in Christ. I just wanted to say this video was a blessing I’m currently a vegan but was still going back and forth On should I put fish back in my diet I’m a firm believer of what ever God says is good for you it’s good. I just really can’t be sure What’s clean these days with the food industry and its evil methods of production. But I’m confident if I want to eat fish or any other meats. I now have a biblical list on the right foods to enter into my temple God Bless you sister for that knowledge. May the lord continue to use you To help others in need.

Is not the right food you eat ,will make you enter kingdom of Heaven , Its your faith. Galatians, Romans Paul talks about it. Read Hebrews too. By faith . If you focus onky what you eat and don't have faith , all you do won't matter . Faith is our Lord Jesus Christ is the only gate ,the only way, to the Father thorough Jesus . Yes Biblical food is the way for our bodies to function right, but not the way to God's kingdom.

I am not a believer but according to the gospels, Mathew Chapter 15, verses 10-20. John Chapter 4, verses 32-38. What you choose to feed your heart, your mind and your body with grows in it, and what you choose to starve your heart, your mind and your body of dies in it. The foods in the form of your feelings, your thoughts, your words, and your deeds, will end up either building your, heart, your mind, and your body, or they will end up breaking your heart, your mind and your body. So you need to feed your heart, your mind and your body with the right stuff and you need to starve your heart, your mind and your body of the wrong stuff.

What surprised me on the list was cows' milk. I knew goat and sheep when it's available, all things in the season when it's available to eat. When we really think about how God created our bodies and all things for us to consume with the changes in the seasons and the changed in things available for us during those seasons it makes sense to eat what is in the season to be in sync with the way God made us. Fish is a tricky one because not all fish was consumed. Yeshua stayed away from fish that did not have scales and that includes bottom dwellers.

The problem though is that when the bible was written, all of these foods were not being processed, pasteurized, homo-genized, and injected with all kinds of toxins, dyes, and artificial colorings and artificial preservatives. The absolute best thing is to grow your own food. ... btw, I like your earrings, very pretty.

Thank you madam. Any food for good healthy sleep. I am asking this because Many may be depending on sleep tablet which may damage kidney, liver & pancreas. Sleepiness damages pancreas, liver, kidney which leads to blood pressure, heart attack etc. Sleeping tablets also causes damages as above. Either this way or that way humans going to damage health. Only food which heals as per bible can only rescue them. So please give a receipe as per bible for good healthy sleep.😊

What are your thoughts on the animal-based diet? Paul Saladino is a big face for the animal-based diet it’s basically meat, all fruits, and some other carbs like sweet potatoes, and honey. He says that vegetables can be toxic to the body but I wouldn’t think that would include all vegetables that doesn’t make sense.

While "yeast" (Matt 13:33) is still the most common "raising agent" for dough to make bread today; but eating "venison" (Gen 25:28) or the meat of hunted wild animals (like deer) and birds is considered exquisite cuisines, particularly among the Asian communities. Whereas, locust/cricket/grasshopper a food (Lev 11:22) are indeed some of the most popular street delicacies in some places like Thailand. 🤗

The thing is, if you buy these foods from the right sources (or in organic quality) or even just thoroughly wash and rinse the fruits / vegetables before you eat them, you should be fine. I live in Germany, I don't know how much difference there is between food quality here and in the US, but the food quality here is fine IF you know what to buy where. Buying whole foods instead of processed foods (buying pure wheat with the hull instead bread with all the added ingredients, where the hull is removed etc) makes a huge difference. You can wash pesticides off! There are also farmers markets where they sell eggs, vegetables & fruits (where you can visit and see the chickens roaming on free ground, and the vegetables growing on the fields), there are butchers that that sell good meat (or I simply buy organic meat, dairy & fish from the discounter). These foods are high quality & you can tell by how they make you feel! It is not as hard to find high quality foods as some people make it out to be! Alternatively, you can also grow your own foods obviously, if you have the space for it :).
