@@retrotv7515 It's called, preaching to lost souls. If that bothers you, take it up with the Lord Jesus Christ. You will be judged according to every word that comes out of your mouth. Every person who denies Jesus Christ, displays the spirit of the antichrist. When you will stand in front of God in regards to your comment, just remember what I shared with you, trust me, God will remind you and what you said in your comment. 👉Matthew 12:36 KJB - But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. I do know that what you said, does NOT come from God, this comment came from a REPROBATE (LOST SOUL), who got irritated by my comment. 👉John 8:44 KJB - Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. 👉Matthew 7:16 KJB - Ye shall know them by their fruits. ... 👉Romans 12:19 KJB - "... Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord." 👉Hebrews 10:31 KJB - It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. How can a lost soul get saved? Here's how you can get saved by BELIEVING The Gospel of our Salvation in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJB - [1] Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; [2] By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. [3] For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; [4] And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: Jesus Christ gave this Gospel to Paul who is our apostle to the dispensation of the Church Age of Grace, so that lost souls can get saved. It's the ONLY Gospel that saves lost souls!! Ephesians 2:8-9 KJB - 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. 2 Timothy 2:15 KJB - Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Praise God ALWAYS, Amen!! Please get saved NOW before it's too late for your soul!! Heaven and Hell are REAL, LITERAL places. There's 1 Eternity to choose from, Heaven or Hell, choose wisely for your soul!! Grace and Peace!!

just remember our lives are in God's timing. Because the Holy Spirit is in you, you have this remorse but I pray you rejoice now that you are saved and are changing to please the Lord. I spent 26 years in sin, I was an adulterous when Christ saved me. it took me years to forgive myself when Yah forgave me as soon as I repented, if these things didn't happen, I could still be living for myself and not our Almighty. It is heartbreaking that a man of color is as sexist as many white male preachers and educators. Horrendous racism suffered by millions has not opened the eyes of Mr Baucham. He puts each gender tin to the confines of what he believes they should be. Isn't it sinful to limit a child of God to one of two ways to serve God. When I was a high school teacher, I had a girl who dressed for attention. One day, after the class left, I found an envelope under her desk. I didn't want to through it out without seeing if it was important, so I began to read it. And read the whole thing. It was a letter from her father who was in jail. He wrote a beautiful letter, echoing so many of the things Rev. Baucham said, and told her he prayed for her every day. The next day, I took her aside and told her what I did, and told her how fortunate she was to have a father, though he wasn't at home, was a wise man.

@@davinamwamba7393 Voddie Baucham is obviously discussing the context of children raised in the only acceptable example that should be held up as a target: one husband with one wife and the children that they are commanded to have and raise. In this context he is admonishing the church for not upholding the complementarian, that is non-egalitarian, principles of the wife prioritising care of her children and home instead of furthering a career to their expense. There are obvious exceptions such as rape or abandonment, but it is disingenuous to use these exceptional circumstances to disprove the rule.
@gc1438
@gc1438 3 жыл бұрын
@@davinamwamba7393 Whereas there are extenuating circumstances which warrant more of God’s grace, God’s standard must be taught and upheld by His people, regardless of how marginalizing it may seem. We understand your plight and we hurt for you, yet we know God’s grace is sufficient for every circumstance, even where the Biblical model has been thwarted. Unfortunately, in most western societies the woman who stays home has become marginalized and even frowned upon, for not producing an income, because a career and second income seem to be the only acceptable option. She has been relegated as inferior and useless to our society. By faith, we followed through on our conviction for me to be home with our children against society’s assumption that it couldn’t be done. And frankly, it couldn’t have been done, financially speaking, unless we had forsaken much of what most believe they cannot live without and unless we trusted in an all powerful God who does not abandon His people. So I know that God’s faithfulness will meet you right where you are and supply whatever is lacking with daily bread and His enduring presence, new mercies every morning. God bless you as you seek to follow and honor Him, by His grace, as His Spirit enables.

@@davinamwamba7393 even THAT is a shame, I don't think you get the bigger picture. Let's not make it seem normal to be a single mother, also if you were married in Christ you'd be eligible to remarry another Christian man. But unfortunately our society or community no longer values marriage or even have an idea of how to choose a spouse hence this video. We have to take accountability and it can't be that every time there's a discussion single mothers must be the first to cry victim not for their children but for themselves. We can't have fruitful conversations anymore because there are groups of people who are operating from a wordly perspective of "rights" instead of listening to God's word which can help us.

This message blessed me! I've come from new age where it was all about me and I was feminist. I hated men so controlled them or picked abusers. Two years ago Jesus came for me and I gave my life to Him. Wow how he's changed me. I'm here a single mum doing all I can to stay home and home educate my children, they, are my priority after Christ. I want to be soft and feminine, I want a husband who will lead me to God but if its not God's will I'll submit to male teaching and leadership. The shift is one only Jesus could do. I'm so grateful. I can rest in being a woman of God. My will is God's will. 🙏🙏🙌🙌

that is one of the best sermons i have ever heard bc this is where it starts. this is where children really learn how to be Godly adults. the bible says to train up a child in the way they should go and when they are older they will not depart from it. I wish my parents had taught me this when i was younger. they taught me that if a man could do it then so could i and even be better. if i would have been taught this sermon when i was a lot younger i dont think i would have had so much trouble in my younger days. today i have been with my husband for 8 years and God has taught me much of what i was supposed to learn when i was a little girl. my husband and i are committed to teaching our children these values and not as an option but as a requirement for how God wants them to be.

Yes, many young women do not want to receive ANY counsel from a godly woman about how to dress appropriately. They also are usually not open to counsel to stop wearing the heavy makeup, fake hair color, fake fingernails, fake eyelashes, gaudy jewelry, etc., etc. I wish I would have heard a kind, but powerful pastor teach on this when I was young. The women in my life back then were modeling "the world," & nothing more. It took me decades to finally get proper biblical teaching on how a truly Godly woman dresses, grooms, speaks, worships, influences others, & lives!

I just shared this to the most influential sister in Christ I have and she has been such a role model and spiritual mother sort of speak that has taught me what this world and very own biological parent would have never taught me! Thank you bother Voddie for taking the time to break this down being a single mother and late in fully giving myself to the Lord... can’t wait to sit and watch this with my daughter who is struggling with many issues of identity and who she is called to be as a young girl... and you hit it right on the nail what this world is teaching our daughters to be boys!!! This has truly blessed me and I am so humble to be here to hear and heed this word. May our Father keep using you and bless you and yours🙏🏾

Love this! The truth hurts but it'll surely set you free! If you find yourself attacking Voddie in the sermon as he speaks then realize that it's not him that you have a problem with. It's the Word of God and I pray that we all come in subjection to that. It's life giving water that will quench our deepest desires

I have complete understanding of this message. Although, I can relate to some of those instances in my life. It took me 40 years to get how a woman is to carry herself, not to chase after false love. This is truth that the Most High has imparted in you. I find myself teaching my daughters what is a proverbs 31, a submissive wife, a godly mother and example to other women how to be pleasing in Yh (God) sight. Thank you. I will pass this on.

I am so happy that the truth is preached by this man of God. The best way is Gods way, and doing what He say's. Its such a blessing to be a wife, really i see Gods heart in how He created the rol and identity/calling for a woman. Its amazing when we submit to it, submission is really the key❤️ Thanks Voddie, i bless you and you family, keep preaching 🙏

Its challenging to find a biblical woman nowadays. I try so hard to be the biblical man that Voddie talks about. I even started reading the Family Driven Faith book because his view on biblical manhood and womanhood changed what I thought it meant to have a biblical marriage. I have to say though, laying out the biblical marriage to women scares the daylights out of them. Women are SPRINTING when I bring this up lol. Not jogging, but SPRINTING lol jk. I can only imagine how a biblical woman feels nowadays to find a biblical man. The struggle is real lol jk. Everything is truly in God's hands and I trust him. Whether that means me being single or to be married. Its all for his Glory.

I always pray for restoration in a marriage...always. My wife left me for another, and I prayed for restoration. I realize I was not the Biblical husband I should’ve been...not by a long shot. She married another and I had to move on. My prayers were unanswered, but I searched for a Biblical wife and I sought God’s will in my life. He answered that prayer, and I have two beautiful daughters and one great son-in-law, two absolutely beautiful granddaughters. We still fall short, I still fall short, but I am committed to being the God centered, Biblical husband, father and grandfather my family needs me to be. I pray that if your marriage is not restored that you find a Godly man that you and your son need. No matter the outcome, seek the Lord, teach your son how to be a Godly man as best a woman can, pray for him, and teach him to look for a Godly woman, and then pray for them. May God bless you and yours.

I’m old enough to remember the Jesus (One Way) movement in the 60’s, that you mentioned. I had Jesus stickers on the front faceplate of my 65 Stratocaster guitar, and I was playing small & large arena gigs all over the Midwest. Road crews had respect, one telling me, “You’re alright man!” **One neat story**, on one gig with the group “The Association”, they needed to use our Hammond organ. But the road manager had a problem with the huge Jesus painted on the back of the organ. He ordered it covered.... BUT!! BUT!!!.... the group ordered it to remain uncovered!! It was a huge custom painted silhouette of Jesus, white reflective paint on a black background. So as you can imagine, as the huge spotlights panned that side of the stage, the Jesus painting could be seen thruout the huge city auditorium, with great applause every time that happened. (By the way, the Association were flawless! Everything was live, but still it sounded exactly like the record, but a whole lot better! I’m betting the incident was mentioned at many church pulpits the next Sunday.)
