The problem with the first exercise is that it works the supinator and pronator muscles of the forearm, it does not work the biceps. The last exercise is isometric/static which works the tendon that joins the biceps muscle to the forearm bone, IT DOES NOT WORK THE BICEP, and if it is not rested correctly the tendon can rupture and cause an injury that will be very expensive. But the rest of the exercises are good for the biceps. The intention of this comment was not to criticize, but to inform people of how harmful some exercises can be if you do not have the knowledge, and even more so for those who are beginners. Except for the 2nd one, rest are primarily Foreraems focused. Just do 2,3 basic biceps exercise (reference Jeff Nippard). You don't need fancy and trash exercises.

Do not do these fancy exercises.. stick to the basics.. One dumbell curl or Barbell curl and one preacher curl or Incline curl is more than enough
