This machine will teach you how much easier to consume 100 calories versus burn them.

Quite impressive. Never gave this a try but from the figures I collected here is the break down Matthew B : 3.73 lb/kcal ( 280 lbs / 34 kcal) Rory M : 4.43 lb/kcal ( 213 lbs / 48 kcal) Matt B : 4.43 lb/kcal (182 lbs / 41 kcal) Jonathan H : 6.02 lb/kcal (205 lbs / 34 kcal) At first I thought that he only had the best score because he was the heaviest (which makes sense) but pound for pound his ability to produce and maintain power is above the rest. Good stuff !

So awesome. The bike is the devil. They all went out too hard for a max cal target. Max effort was 100% for sure! What a beast. I’d be lucky to get 20 cals.

You’d probably surprise yourself...you HAVE to go all out ok the AAB, you’ll burn out after 15-20 seconds but that’s where all the work is done..

how many calories in 10 - 30 - 60 minutes? On Air Bike Octane AirDyne : 10 min - 301 calories 30 min - 804 calories 60 min - 1531 calories
