Hey there! The machine is made by a company called Velopresso and manufactured in Europe.

It’s pedal powered! The bike has several gears, so you switch from riding gear to coffee gear, and pedaling then grinds the beans, and builds pressure in machine that had propane tank.

This was pre-legalization. Tokyo Smoke started as a cafe and cannabis accessory shop! Unsure if they still have coffee but they used to have several cafes in downtown Toronto

Propane and pedaling! Bike Pedals area attached to gears that grind espresso on one gear, and build pressure for espresso machine with the other gear. Pretty cool machine
