Congratulations 🥳. Excited to see others BTO sites. We will be getting our keys tomorrow ☺️. Not as big as yours @68sqm. Ours really tiny 3 rooms could be due to the location.

The location is awesome! Neighbours are mostly young adults and parents. Many resident planned activities during special occasions, group buys, etc. Hope to see you around the area!

You can do it online or at the office at HDB Hub! both ways are fine.

How get information for collect key. We have checked with hdb officer but mentioned October until now no yet get the date.

Hi, congrats. I dn Bidadari also so expensive. My 3rm SBF at Queenstown paid abt 400k above 10th floor with flooring/door all done. Very near mrt n up coming food ctr/market/mall...but i like your hse layout n 6sqm bigger.

Wow Queenstown is very expensive, the resale value will be good! Our layout is good in some ways as both room will sort of have a dedicated toilet. But running aircon piping is difficult!

Hi, first of all congrats on your new home! Just want to check, is all the New HDB come with bare floor? or you requested to be bare floor? Thanks.

You can request got bare floor or with flooring from HDB when you select your unit if you are BTO. If you are sales of balance, then you can't choose and depends on what the previous owner have chosen.

@@dsignerer The option to choose bare floor or tiled floor for a BTO flat is called Optional Component Scheme (OCS by HDB). You'll have to pay HDB to tile the floor for you. Do check it out!

Hi. Were you guys aware that the 2 bedrooms were separated by the living room? Were you given the floor plans before choosing the flat? Quite weird layout actually.

When was the launch and why did you choose a 3 room?

I believe the Bidadari Estate launch was in 2015. We got our 3 room through sales of balance. We decided on a 3-room mainly because it would give us had a higher change to get a queue number. We really wanted to stay near the MRT and close to our parents (serangoon, hougang area).
