Trump's clear dementia is the reason he was petrified to debate Nikki Haley. If he wanted to be in the primary, republicans should have demanded he debate. Not a bad strategy though. If Biden accepts Trump's challenge, not only does he have to put up with Trump's terms, Trump can simply cancel and go "On second thought I changed my mind. It's not worth it. With biden counter-challenging, if Trump backs out, he's the one that ran away.

I used to enjoy politics to an extent but now I'm really not wanting to hear about our political figures 24/7. And, I'm appalled at what the Republicans have become. I imagined what my grandfather would have thought if he heard Republican politicians gathered outside a courthouse to give their opinions about the case because the defendant is the Republican candidate. That's so absolutely inappropriate that it boggles me that they were willing to do it. Wow. Nah, I don't need to see the debates and I don't care to even see the highlights. I need a break from these ridiculous people. 🙄

@@aandrus2169 my grandfather was a top legislative auditor for the state of Louisiana. Republican. Probably the most honest politician that was left in the world. I know he’s rolling in his grave seeing how his party has sunk. I’m the opposite, I never used to be interested in politics until the last 10 years or so. I saw the bickering when I was a kid, and it turned me off. I wish I would’ve paid attention more, perhaps gotten into politics and followed in his footsteps, now I’m frustrated that I can’t do anything other than grump on comment sections about the travesty that’s going on with our country. And I’m so angry about Joe Biden. I would love to see him go down in flames. And I mean that metaphorically. He is an evil politician. He always has been. And it’s a shame people have not researched his political career to see this.
