He tried this with China, In response China went after rural states crops (wheat, corn) and he ended up forced to give farmers billions in compensation OR LOSE VOTES.. USA lost a lot of business to Argentina and Brazil.. Trump allowed China to develop a farm export trading partner with Brazil and Argentina. If he wins it'll be a disaster.
