Just order it and it only flickers once when pairing. Mic is not pairing. Any help please

Hi, can you tell me how to get multiple headsets setup on a mixer, each connecting to its own receiver? Its..its not well articulated....and sometimes one headset connects to two or three receivers.....therefor the the other headset cant connect to any......there is supposed to be support for 17 sets at a time
