Where is this grooming stand from? Would it work for a 11lb poodle? I'm new to grooming my boy but he's squirly sometimes and hates his legs messed with

The dandruff shows that he has very dry skin. He has to be fed more omega 3 foods and dark green leaves veggies. If not, grooming won't help on a long run.😣
