hello. I am Moroccan I am 41 years old and I suffered a lot from this speech disorder in my childhood and I make choices that I don't like just because the other choice requires a lot of communication. when i grew up i learned how to deal with my problem. now i'm a mom and i work and sometimes i get stuck in certain words so i pretend i'm coughing and breathing and i change the stuck word with another synonym. I have a 6 year old little girl and I feel that she sometimes blocks herself while speaking and I am afraid that she will have the same problem as me. no one will feel your feeling when speech blocks except a person like you. and I feel your pain. and I would like to tell you you are not the only one. at least we have a good heart. courage dear Amanda
