Chilli ,you have to believe that some of these people have seen you litter picking ,so they know it is being picked up and if they don 't see you they have to notice that some one is picking it up . I use to work with a nurse that later became a doctor and she would say this about things she did not want to do "don"t worry about it,so fool will come along and do it"this woman actually became a doctor who got in trouble for some things she did. God is always looking and listening so be careful what you say and do!You are a wo fearful soul for what you do !!!!!USA ❤😊

I do some litter picking in my area (not on your level) but i was wondering what hoop you used? i don't tend to bother but obv suffer in the wind. i was thinking of getting one but some don't hold the bags very well as soon as there is any weight in them but your one does. I don't understand the volume of rubbish. Are the those littering homeless, out after dark or what? There are never enough people shown in the videos using the park to account for this. This is either pure laziness or entitled selfishness! Absolutely disgusting and shameful behavior.
