IV NEVER FOUND IT SO HARD TO GET A RENTAL..HOME..IV ALWAYS HAD GOOD REFRENCES..BUT THEY DONT EVEN LOOK AT THAT ANY.MORE..ITS LAND.LORDS..WHO CAN GIVE YOU A BAD NAME..WHEN THE PERSON HASNT DONE ANY.THING WRONG..PEOPLE SHOULD BE ABLE TO LOOK UP LAND LORDS..PROFILE..TO NO WHO WHERE RENTING OFF..

When the previous government stopped mortgage interest tax deduction for rental property owners my friend's rent went up. Every other business owner gets tax deductions on their business mortgage interest and landlords do in every country. As far as a landlord evicting a tenant because they're Maori or LGBTQIA that's farcical, if they have a good tenant they like to keep them. Mr Hudson is just towing the party line cos societal division keeps him in a job

Huge admiration for Ian and the salvation army but Ian always seems ideologically biased against the current government... but still, keep up the good work salvation army.
