We stayed at this campground for a few days a couple of years back and thought it was excellent. After spending heaps of time to try and book sites on the SA side and navigate their booking system I have to say that the Vic. side was way better. Great facilities there and we got chatting to one of the local farmers who maintains the site and got some of the local history. I really liked the WW2 tanks in the paddock as you come onto the main road in Murrayville. When we went down past the bogholes on the way to Bordertown it was a sloppy mess with occasional plastic undertrays at various intervals along the way. I have heard rumours that some of these holes are actually bottomless. Thanks for the video.

Awesome dune driving murts, what gear were you in going up, was it manual on a preset or just auto and foot to floor

Cheers mate! My go to mode for sand or mud is low range, manual mode in 2nd or 3rd gear, sand mode, rear diff lock on, also have an idrive throttle controller I crank up, she's toey as in this mode!
