Hartline, THE WR GURU, had Moore as the only guy worth paying decent money in this class. He is taking local WRs with potential over paying in this weak WR class. Once Ffrench started asking for crazy things, Hartline cut that offer quickly. Not worth any crazy money, in Hartline's eyes. Vernell Brown also got cut on the board because they weren't paying him. JJ Smith last year and Chris Henry next year...Hartline wasn't messing with any divas this year except Moore. He was easily the best WR in this class.

There are plenty of college football programs who have never won a national championship. I guess players should never consider playing for any of them? Clemson didn't win their first until 2016.
