George Foreman suffered only his second professional defeat when he lost to Jimmy Young in a boxing match in Puerto Rico in 1977. In his locker room after the match, George had a deeply religious experience that changed his life forever. Even though George was a top contender to regain the heavyweight title, he retired from boxing, at the age of 28, to serve the Lord. George became an ordained minister and has been preaching at The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ since 1980.

I meant George Foreman restaurant about 10 years ago. I didn’t want to go up to him, but I was staring at him whenever I could while I was eating. I know he could feel it because I was such a huge fan. I’m not the person that would bother anybody though. I was just thought it was so cool that he was there. finally he was finished eating and he was leaving. He left and I said damn that was unbelievable. I got to see George Foreman. I pay for my food and walked out the front door. He was waiting outside in front of his car. And he said come here son. And he looked mad. He said I saw you staring at me back there. He said you want to dance. And he put his hands up. I life flash before my eyes. Before I got time to get scared, he started laughing and gave me a hug. he is one of the greatest humblest nicest people I ever met. He did not have to do that. After he ate his food, he waited for 15 minutes outside for me to come outside. Before I left, I said to him why would you wait out here for a nobody fan just to say hi. he told me two things on the god eyes there are no bodies. Everybody is equal. And then he said be nice to everybody on the way up because you might meet them on the way down. What a guy

George, I had a similar experience of being snatched out of my body. It happened while I was in prison making plans to kill another inmate. I was suddenly standing behind my body, watching the physical me looking out of the window making my plans. God showed me my life and I made a vow in that cell that I would never be in another jail. And since that time, 50+ years ago, I haven’t. I later became a minister in order to fulfill the prophecies that have been spoken over my life.

This happened to my grandfather too. He asked God what the value of a man’s soul was and suddenly he was snatched out of his body and saw and felt hell, where thousands of people screamed and cried out “Mercy! Mercy!” as they burned. He was preaching to a small church about this experience years later and saw a woman walk out and leave half way through the sermon. Before she left, she whispered something to a lady at the door. Minutes later there was a loud bang and the same woman who walked out the sermon, came crashing through the church with shards of glass in her body from a car accident. Everyone called the ambulance and pleaded with God for the bleeding to stop, but it was too late. The lady who was at the door started crying and screamed out “She’s gone to hell!” But people told her to be silent. My grandpa admittedly inwardly judged her for saying such a thing, but while he was praying over the dead lady, he took a closer look at her face and realized that she was one of the thousands of people who he saw screaming in hell. The lady who screamed “she’s gone to hell” defended herself and said, “I know she’s gone to hell because before she walked out the sermon she told me to not listen to anything in the sermon, because hell is not real.” Don’t mess with God. He is real and living. He had given us a gift of salvation to save us from eternal damnation. Whoever believes in Him, will not perish but have eternal life. Sending you love and prayers. ❤️

I believe it years ago on my birthday I told myself I wasn't going to believe in God anymore and I was going to start doing what I wanted to do soon as I said that God took his hand off of me and I wreck soon as I woke up flipping head over heels down the road I Heard a Voice say it I could have killed you crazy part is I was running about 180 190 mph the craziest part is I landed on my feet looking back in the direction I came from never doubted God ever again

I loved hearing about his experience with death and his rescue from Hell. I had something similar happen to me. Except I was on a really bad path. I really felt I died and was surrounded by evil. One prayer and everything changed for not just the better but for my savior Jesus Christ. I wasn’t anywhere near the type of person who could even stand to be in a room with someone talking about Jesus. But now I’m not the least bit shy or concerned with what anyone thinks of me when I say I was saved by my Lord. I don’t mind when anyone praises the Lord but it wasn’t always that way. Thank God it is today though!🙏🏻

I had a similar experience! Jesus is Lord. Jesus is the Light, no shadow in turning is true. I seen that. His voice is like a whisper but it shakes the earth. And I know Jesus is the sorce of Love.
