A rare animal, at least in this part of Canada!
Canadian National Railway locomotives 3042 (Tier 4 ET44AC Gevo), 8008 (EMD SD70M-2), 2673 (C44-9W), 5366 (ex MP EMD SD40-2), 2727 (C44-9W), BCOL 4649 (C44-9W), and mid-train remote dpu 8930 (EMD SD70M-2) power CN manifest train M305 (Moncton, NB Gordon Yard to Toronto, ON MacMillan Yard) slowly accelerating westbound at CN control point Lutesville East approaching Berry Mills, NB on a sunny morning hauling 115 cars (502 axles) of freight including autoracks, lumber, empty potash hoppers, and tankcars. A big lashup on a shorter than normal CN 305. Although more common out west and in the USA, CN SD40-2s and SD40-2Ws seem to rarely make it out to Atlantic Canada. It's also rare to see an IC SD70 Deathstars, or EMD SD60 (5400 series) units in this part of Canada the last couple years.
