Very long trains cause accidents and collisions with other cars and more. The police are trying to catch up with long trains and stop them, there will be 5 different scenarios with trains.
The video was made in 14 hours of work.

At 4:56 I didn't understand why there was just a flatbed truck driving down the tracks, then I saw the construction scene and the crash, and it made sense, I like the story put into this content unlike many other BeamNG channels which just pump out content without substance, love the videos man.
