നന്നായിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഈ വീട് കണ്ടപ്പോൾ തന്നെ മനസ്സിലായി that it is designed by an Architect. അപ്പോൾ design, space management, creativity ഇവയെല്ലാം കൂടി ചേർന്ന ഒരു വീട് ആയിരിക്കും അദ്ദേഹം വാർത്തെടുക്കുന്നത്. ഒരു plan കണ്ടാൽ അറിയാം അത് Architect ആണോ മറ്റു വല്ലവരാണോ design ചെയ്തത് എന്ന്. I always suggest an Architect.

I am flabbergasted why NRIs want to build such a house for staying a month in a year 🙄 it’s actually a waste of their money even if they don’t care and also the valuable resources and the resulting loss of greenery in such plots. Beautiful house though but NRIs should look for either smaller homes or apartments.

Most of the nri prefer a house over an apartment. Reason is they have lived their entire life in a 1 bhk , then upgraded to 2 bhk and many more. But as an ex nri , I can say we all have that emotion “Naaadu”. The warmth we get when we say naatil veedu unde. We dnt hve to depend on relatives for arranging the stay. most importantly we celebrate every day when we step down to home. We gather and we need space for this. Hence a house is important. You might have money now , bt you dnt kno what’s there is the future😊
