I want to be a criminal profiler, so i can tell you among people that are into serial killers. The definition of a serial killer is a person that kills 3 or more people with a cooling off period between kills or over the time span of a month or more. The FBI used this at first then they lowered it to 2 or more victims with a cooling off period between kills. It's very technical, if you kill a lot of people in 1 day, you're a spree killer. Not a serial killer, there has to be a cooling off period between kills. Like you killed 1 person today, 4 days later you killed another person, 2 weeks later you killed 2 more people. So on and so forth. But the psychology of why people like King Von kill is because they are gangsters and killing is a part of that lifestyle. It's what's expected of them. And they don't feel like what they are doing is a bad thing, it's bad in the eyes of the law but to people like King Von, it's like a soldier in the military. He was a serial killer, he got at many ops.
