Welcome back! Have loved this video. Feeling a little more reassured about everything I have to come. I know you have probably been asked this and are probably planning it but could you do a short blog or even a video on baby essentials specifically clothes and things. I have a small house and I hate the idea of over buying and having lots of unworn things 🙈

What a lovely video. Thank you ❤. I will admit that I did have trouble accepting my body after I had my child. Yes, I respected and loved my body for what it had done, and I didn't feel the need to diet either, but it felt so STRANGE. It just didn't feel or look like me. Everything looked a bit different, the weight seemed to have shifted to different places. I looked in the mirror and saw someone else, and I missed myself, if that makes sense. Took me a while to get comfortable, and that was an issue of identity more than it was of diet culture. Now my boy is three and my body has slowly morphed back, and while I never expected or forced it to go back to "normal", I can't say I'm mad that it did.

My baby son has to get his one year jabs next week,I am not looking forward to it. Because its so true,its physically painful hearing their pain. My eldest son "now 12" had to have a lumbar puncture due to suspected meningitis " thank god it wasnt" when he was 2 months old,I wanted to punch the doctor! It was absolute agony for him and for me. That's the worst thing when your babies and kids are in pain! Being a parent is the best thing in the world,I agree its joyess.
