Hearing you are a grandparent. After hearing wuite a few of your videos and your singing voice I hope they have gotten to hear you. And that you were able to use it to offer comfort when needed but yet iou also did so gor your kids when was a kid Inused to get quite a few nightmares and night terrors for which I would wake up screeming and crying. And my father and my grandfather would hold me and comfort me and letting talk about them I what I saw in them plys we learned with time many were actually in visions and for a young child to have to see such horrific events. And even one of my uncles would rush into the room I was sleeping in when being hit with one of those horrors. But one of the things I also remember was when they realized that at times they were so bad they would start singing to give the comfort I needed. Even my own mother would rush in to comfort me and would start singing even though I wadnt totally emotionally and mentally their. Sadly my parents and grandparents and that one uncle that were there for are now gone in death. With the most recent being my dad. He passed away on 2-1-2024 at 2:25 am in his sleep. And it has been hard these past months. But yetvwhen hearing and someorhers who share voice ranges og either my dad, uncle, or grandfather would bring the sxk those memories and that I no longer have them when need them to talk to and help me deal with whatever I need their help with dealing with as well as dealing with the emotional turmoil I have to deal with. Such as those that are brought on by my dreams when I do have one that is more a dream. Some are memories and others are of things to come. So when something does occure were grandkids need you be their fir ygem and the same for your kids even if they are adults. One thing people need to realize we never really out grow the need for our parent and grandparents. Even our aunts and uncles I usecto pick their brains all the time when trying to figure out how I was going to deal with something. Because I knew they had knowledge I did not.

Looking forward to the info on mics. In particular I need to find out what good solutions are for stage mics. My voice will get down to near where your lower range is, but obviously nowhere near as deep and resonant as yours! (What, you've got mud flaps for vocal chords or something??? 😂🤣😉 Oh, my!) Anyway, something with a good proximity effect that can bring out what usable lower end I do have (G1 chest) and still work in that environment for my 'normal' singing. And congrats!
