Next to the sound & smell of a Model A, I love these early power units. Especially the metallic sound of the biggest ones. The information included is nice. I am curious about the pump jack, water or oil? Thank you.

اینا میدونستن موتورهایه بخار تنها ضعفشون دوره کمشونه که نهایتا باید توسط گیربکس حل بشه اما فوایدش از متورهایه درون سوزه امروزی خیلی بیشتره زیرا این موترها اولا باهر نوع سوختی روشن میشن و بسیار اسصحلاک کمتری دارند وزمان داری کارشون بسار بیشتره، یعنی اگه توربین هایه با ارزش نبودند بهترین گزینه برا تولیده انبوه برق بود

Those old engines need and operator ( knows how to operate the machine), an Oiler ( needed to mkeep all the joints and ware surfaces) ,a stoker if it's steam ( fireman to shoot coal to the boilers ), then the mechanic to fix and fabricate parts and keep machine running. Even with a staff of workmen the machine was always working when mules and labor had to rest also it was cheaper to run then other things like mules,horses,oxen,human labor.
