Dear Mr Sethi, Nodoubt authorities ruling elite of foreign nations believe little on civil govts in Pakistan to deliver, fullfil the promises made across the table & presence of Miltestablishment of Pakistan is a necessity while negotiating with authorities of foreign nations. Even diplomats from USA, West visits, meet directly COAS at GHQ Rawalpindi & don't feel need of meetings with civilian leaderships at Islamabad. Ofcourse such a scenario doesn't speak high about Pakistan & her public, but it is a reality & can't be ignored though no improvement is visible during the near future. Thanks.
