Same problem here. Blustar 1.5ton with 5star. I thought its a big issues contact to service centre but they told me its normal and no need to be worried. After saw your video fully I am out of tension 😊😅.🤙

Same here. Also 5 star 1.5 ton bluestar smart AC. After noticing the drops from valve I did think this was the issue. The video confirms it. I just hope this won't cause rust in long term.

Thanks uncle jee, my carrier AC was installed a week ago, there is excesseive water dripping problem from my outdoor unit. I was apprehensive, then I checked your video and then checked my outdoor unit and found a considerable section of the copper pipe is still exposed and water is dripping from there.

Mera mitsubishi 1.5 ton mr slim DC inverter AC hai may nay us may gas charge ki hai.... per usk suction pipe or discharge pipe dono cool hai.... aisa hona chahiyh ya ni.... Ek or baat per ice ni jamti..... sirf cool hotay hai.... AC cooling bi kar raha hai... dono pipe ka cool hona thik hai ya ek garam or ek cool hona chahiyh

why do outdoor units have aluminium fins with copper coil ? any reason because i have one old lg which has copper fins and new lg ac have aluminium fins

Cost & weight reduction. Old LG were also aluminum. Just that there was golden coating on top of it.

Insulation prevents humid air from coming in contact with the pipe. So condensation will be less. Minor water will drip away.

The video explains that it's just condensation water as pipes get cold. You may stop worrying.

@@evon1619 In short he is saying, this is because of condensation of moisture from outside... It's a normal process... You just have to cover the copper pipe with insulation cover and it will solve... It's not a major issue

Nice 👌 video Sir. One question 🙋♀️ to you,Sir. Normally inverter ac has more components/spare parts than non-inverter ac. But why outdoor unit of inverter ac weights only 24-30kg. whereas outdoor unit of a non-inverter ac weights 35-40kg or even more. Why??

Non Inverter AC compressor uses heavy duty induction motor, which is heavy. Inverter PCB components hardly weigh anything to add weight.

Sir, I have a question. I see that some people cover till their service valves with white insulation covering, and some people (like in your case) keep some space and then the insulation covering starts on those pipes. Which is the ideal way and correct way and what is the reason. Please explain, as I want to know about this about the insulation covering till the valves.

I prefer full covering. Otherwise you will loose cooling to outside air.

Continuous dripping cased heavy rust on steel plates around the valve base of those copper pipes. Can I remove it with steel brush & put Anti-corrosion paint on there?

Maybe there is Ice formation, which is slowly melting away. Get the AC checked with technician.

Bhai kya aap ka outdoor unit sound changes when you change the ac modes like 60% or 80%. My samsung ac outdoor unit runs with less sound when 100% but when i use 5 in 1 convetable mode and change its percentage the outdoor unit sound is different. is this same even for you. Please fo reply ❤

Sound TONE changes as per compressor speed but it's not exactly tied to. 60, 40. Anyways I can't hear that compressor inside the room.
