HALF A BOTTLE of super high calorie and fat dressing on candied walnuts, cheese chunks, a whole apple, cucumber, FOUR eggs and half a bag of croutons on a bed of greens is hardly a 'healthy' salad. It's more calories and fat than a double cheeseburger and fries. Eat whatever you want, but don't BS yourself or try to BS us.

I’m so sorry to say this because I truly think you are an amazing person with a beautiful soul. When you start having to hold your breath to compensate for not being able to control your breathing so you don’t get winded and struggle to mix a salad together, maybe it time to perhaps slow down with the mukbangs. It is scientifically impossiable for you to not eat but one meal a day like you tell people you do and keep all that fat on your body ,,,, you candy have to be eating at the least 5,000 calories a day just to keep the fat you already have ,, but seeing how you're gaining weight you're having to take in prolly 6 or 7,000 a day ,, SOOOO stop the stupid talk cause you're lying about what and how many time you eat a day ,,

That salad still comes out to around 2,000 calories so not much has changed. Is it healthier then hef other meals? Yes! But such a huge salad portion still contains a ton of calories.

I love salad so much, just add a healthy fat (avocado nuts or hemp seeds) and a protein (tuna or chicken) and veggies and you've got a balanced meal! You can do the exact same thing on top of a sweet potato! Add chicken, nuts, feta, avocado ect! You got this! Healthy eating doesn't have to suck!

It's due to her size-Her heart is under an immense amount of pressure having to pump blood around her 500lb frame, when it's meant to pump blood around a body 100-200lbs..It may be a sign of a cardiac condition such as heart failure. Whatever the cause, it's not good..

I thought it was game over for me too at the heaviest I've ever been at 330. I literally started with a salad and a bowl of homemade broth based soup a day. I eventually weaned myself off the bullshit, stopped eating fast food and high carb meals, cut out sugar and pop.. my digestive system took awhile but it finally adjusted to the healthier food, and after 3 months of doing it naturally with no meds or surgery I'm 50 pounds down. Don't ever count anyone out. It can be done no matter how small you start.

Salad looks yummy!!! I am not a fan of blue cheese but I love a salad with all the fixin's. Adding bacon would be delish on this salad too!!! I always say if I'm eating a salad I don't skimp on dressing. I enjoy regular dressing and a good amount. Sometimes it just hits right to have a big yummy salad!!!

Candy Girl salad looks fantastic!! I eat a nice sized salad first thing before my meal every day except on the weekends which I water fast. My salad is very similar to yours sans the dressing and croutons. Fruit on the side. Egg on the side as well because I like tasting the egg on it's own. So nice seeing you enjoying a salad.

I have my salad with the green apples, cucumbers 🥒,red onion and cherry 🍒 tomatoes. And a dash of balsamic vinaigrette .

Delicious looking salad! 😋 I agree with you, you gotta have extra dressing on a salad. Unless it's a Greek salad, which is just oil, vinegar, and spices in the dressing...minimal carbs.

You don’t even need that many ingredients to make a good salad. Onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes with plain yogurt and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
