Mark my words, even if the Airport is functional today...it will take a full 7-8 yrs for a Full operational Airport..and then another 7-8 yrs for end user's residential use.. So overall, it's like 14-15 yrs in total for it to become like Noida sectors that are close to Delhi.. (Understand there's a lot of vacant sectors in Noida abhi toh, fir bahut ssare Towers me koi Buyers nhi hn, poori India thodi Noida/Greater Noida me ghar le rhi.. Noida vgrh se bada market Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Pune, Ahmedabad, etc hain jahan ghar log lete hn bhai..) Good for Black-Money-holder, they can buy the farm land and forget about it..🎉

misleading content.. your titles are blaming that authority has a scam running, but the scam you mentioned is outside yeida authority, kindly use right wording, misleading titles will only gain you small time fames but no subs.

Yes he has given misleading title to youtube video so that all can get confused and watch his video. These cheap brokers uses this kind of cheap tricks to increase video view count 😅

How long does it usually take YIEDA to refund the earnest money if no allotment is done? When can a successful allottee sell his plot after allotment? is it only after possession or right after allotment?

Money is returned in 80-90 days. You can't sell the plot till registry and possession. It happens within 3-5 years.
