Mark my words, even if the Airport is functional today...it will take a full 7-8 yrs for a Full operational Airport..and then another 7-8 yrs for end user's residential use.. So overall, it's like 14-15 yrs in total for it to become like Noida sectors that are close to Delhi.. Money is returned in 80-90 days. You can't sell the plot till registry and possession. It happens within 3-5 years.
