I recently lost a decent amount of weight- but my upper arms are still really big and flabby . It's hard to lose weight there for some reason! And I am self conscious about them, so I see a lot of cute tanks and sleeveless shirts, but I won't wear them. I know I could pair them with a little cardigan or something, but its 100+ degrees here and I just am not wanting to LOL. PS Loved all the Halloween goodies!!! Its my favorite holiday!!!
