I turned off the volume to stop the music blaring and turned on the subtitles to learn abaut bunions, Yes I have one due to stroke.....thanks anyway

Thank you but I don't think any of these are my problem .I am suffering a sciatic pain and with it my big toe became very painful.

My left bigtoe at times (maybe once or twice a week) experiences a very painful electric shock like lightning is shooting out of it - It literally takes my breath away for several minutes - the pain itself last 20-30sec. I noticed this all started when I purchased a "Inversion Table by Teeter" I used to hang upside down on it for several minutes because of lower back pain... I wonder if I might have damaged And compressed a nerve on the foot itself ?

Quit sugar. That causes inflammation. Inflammation causes arthritis in the joints. Simple.

I have flat feet and since I was a small child have had to wear very solid shoes with heavy arch support, otherwise I will walk on my instep. I don't know the science of it, but I know I get pain in the joint of my big toe if I don't have proper shoes that hold my feet in the proper position.

Have him quit all sugar. That includes bread, pasta and rice. Anything that turns to glucose in our bodies is sugar and sugar causes inflammation. Inflammation causes arthritis and pain in the joints. Don’t need to see a Dr to just start eating healthy foods.
