California Village is a high-end, gated community with an area of 112,127 square meters. Hi Savio, thanks for watching! As of today, there is only a good selection of offplan units (Phase 2) as the ready units (Phase 1; featured in the video) had entirely sold out a month or so ago. Backyard is exposed and dont have any privacy.. that is a negative point. Otherwise beautifully planned inside

Thank you for your feedback, honestopinion676! :) I understand, the backyard is exposed for back-to-back units. However, residents have the option to install canopies or patios and even plant trees in their backyard to enhance privacy. Furthermore, there are single row townhouses available for the same price as the back-to-back units, if you do not wish to overlook your neighbor's house. I hope this information helps!

I heard this place doesn't have DEWA connection is it true?

Hi scient8143, thanks for reaching out! Every townhouse/villa in Phase 1 is equipped with complete DEWA infrastructure as mandated. However, because the community handed over very recently, the municipality is yet to establish a water supply connection within the community towards the DEWA and as such, early residents in Phase 1 have resorted to calling for water tankers till the municipality establishes the connection very soon. We've been accepting reservations for the units in Phase 2 (2A, 2B, 2C & 2D), which is nearly fully booked as Phase 2D is the final sub-phase. Since Phase 2 will be handed over in 2 years, the community's DEWA connection will already be established by that time. I hope this answers your question. :)
