Purpose of this video is to learn the basics about packing a Haulbag. Not meant to be all inclusive, but feel free to leave other tips & ideas in the comments section.
Climbing - Rack, harnesses, jumars, ropes - dynamic & static
Eating, drinking- 1 gallon per person per day is a good starting place. Calories are important. You burn a ton of calories hauling, climbing, and even just standing on tiny ledges for 3 hours while your partner is leading.
Sleeping - At a minimum, you will want to bring your sleeping bag, pads, portaledge (rain fly)
Accessories covers a lot of different aspects - batteries, headlamps, chargers, poop tube, backup head lamp, charging chords.
Always bring duct tape - best is T-Rex tape
Weight matters - every ounce is important, but don’t short yourself just to cut down on weight.

Hey Bobby and Brittany! You guys are the best people in the world. I broke my ankle at the very base of the descent to solar slab. It was 3:00 pm in Vegas and after an hour of dealing with the injury and trying to crawl through the very long approach back to the car in the reception-free canyon, I decided that my partner should leave me behind and run to get help. It's red rocks Las Vegas, in the winter and the weather was very cold. I was in for a long wait. Maybe 3 hours. The sun set almost immediately and I was cold, in pain and alone. Then these two beautiful people come by after finishing levitation 29, and they both sat with me, kept me warm, gave me food and water and clothing and held my hand for three hours until a Helicopter was able to rescue me. You both played a part in making these last 12 hours not so bad. You are so friendly, and Bobby was smart to act as a beacon for the rescue, Brittany also, by flashing my headlamp with SOS. Btw, my headlamp ran out of battery, but they figured it out. Good people. Really good people. The kind of people who will do the right thing and I love you both. Its been exactly 12 hours since the accident and I am safe in part because of them.

Aviv! So glad to hear you’re doing okay and really appreciate those kind words! I bet that helicopter ride was cool! so happy we were able to help you! Great work on your partner’s part getting the helicopter and you did great at staying calm. That’s what’s great about the climbing community, we stick together and support each other 😊 hope to see you in Squamish!

Cardboard is so key! We did this BITD and was so much better than wrapping our ensolite sleeping pads around the outside. And nice shot ascending the Heart Ledge ropes and having to haul those slabs :(

Wow that's a lot of weight in water, definitely underestimated how much water to bring on a wall

great question. It is certainly a toss-up. Only time will tell. But exposed wires definitely add a nice sketchy touch!
