Maine is case ko follow kiya hai, is case mai ladki ne 498a aur saath mai 4 aur dharaye lagai thi pati par aur patni ne pati ke saath rehne se mana kar diya uske baad patni ne alimony ke naam par crodo mange the pati se maintenence ke naam par 60000 rs mahine vasool rahi thi saath mai pati ko court ne talaq dene se mana kar diya tha is case ko chalte hue 5 saal ho chuke the mera sawal ye hai ki pati ne galti ki mana part court ko jab pata hai ki rishta nahi chalne vala to court talaq lene kyu nahi deti pati se phir aap expect kar rahe ho ki aadmi puri umar mentally financially barbaad ho jae koi bhi aadmi vahi karega jo is pati ne kiya court ko talaq ki procedure fast karna chahiye kyuki court ye jaroor nishchit kar rahi hai ki 10-20 saal baad case khatam hoga tabtak aadmi ar aurat budhe ho jaenge uske baad khud ka pariwar kaha se build karenge. Madam se anurodh hai puri baat batae pati ne galat kiya mana par kya pati par hui cruelity ko kyu nahi note kar rahe aur jab patni sirf paiso ke liye case karti hai to kya pati aapa pariwar hi na banaye clearly law mai problem hai.

Esa case ho chauka hai aur case mai court ne sunaya hai ki agar ladki ne dusri shadi kar bhi li hai to usse farak nahi padta kyuki adultery crime nahi hai aur koi kanoon mai koi pravdhan nahi hai ladki ki saja ka.

I failed to understand the role of Indian judiciary in the relationship between 2 consenting adults people ? Why judiciary, government are always very keen to have the interfere within the relationship of 2 people ? Do we even see Marriage as a romantic relationship between 2 adults or its some kind of scammed relationship which is running by the fear of neighbors, relatives & courts ?

It is scam in modern time the worse part is govt take no action against prostitution which is resulting in child trafficking's but they have problem with marriage and relationship they actively make sure that no consenting adult should have their own family but make sure that those consenting adult go to brothels they are killing youth and family by killing marriages and relationship and on other hand allowing evil like prostitution by promoting it.

they are upset because same law does not apply to woman when she do adultery no provision for punishment to woman for extramarital affair while in this case man went ahead and married had child after marriage so having ones own family is law of nature and not perversion and it is not a crime, while sleeping with anyone without marriage is adultery which is naturally a crime and it is not considered as crime by law what a stupidity by govt of India.
