I love how they've reached a level whereby they don't need any fancy choreo, just walking on stage alone has enough stage presence to hold the audience. The ability to captivate the audience without any complicated dance is something I've only seen BB & 2NE1 capable of.

것두 그렇고 빅뱅좋아하는 사람도 같이 즐기기가 편함 티비를 보던지 노래방에서든지 무조건 뱅뱅뱅이나 판타스틱 거짓말 등등 거의 모든노래 부르며 함께 즐기기가 편하고 한국인 정서에 같이 한다는 느낌이 강한데 요새그룹은 보여주고 소비하고 그런 성격이 강하다 생각됨...어차피 다들 본격적으로 회사로서 이익내는방식에 최적화됐으니 철저히 상품이 되는거지...그런 차이가 좀 있다고 생각함

This is so true. They're so talented. I'm not a fan of Bigbang or any boy group but they set the standard too high. These days too many cheats to hide your voice, filters, background music whatever. Bigbang didn't always sing perfect but they never were afraid to show it. That popular boy group nowadays sing like they are lipsync I'm not convinced. Like it's too perfect like orig audio, that can't be right. Bigbang never lipsync, I'm 100% sure, but others, not so sure.

Lord Bender lmao bru who r your faves? T.O.P and GD are rappers, what the fuck u expect? When T.O.P raps, u can’t even hear his breath. Taeyang and Daesung don’t even sound breathy, their voices are powerful af, they are like top male vocalists in Korea. Seungri’s voice is damn special, it’s super unique. There are a ton of singers out there with breathy voice like I.U, Gummy, etc. It’s about the emotions and how you deliver it.

I couldn't call myself a vip, I've never been to any of their fan meetings or concerts, but they are the only band that I can say make me feel an emotion that no one in Kpop other than Winner has made me feel. There isn't a single Bigbang song where I didn't feel them pour their every emotion into, whether its about partying with friends, taking over the world, flexing their perfection as artists or just them being brutally honest about their insecurities, I felt like they were communicating with me and I received that purely through their music and honesty. The most genuine and real artists I've ever seen.

@@mansic0086 소녀시대도 소속사 달라지고 카라는 허영지 혼자 소속사 남았는데 두그룹 다 콘서트는 아니고 팬미팅을 했는데 노래도 꽤 부르고 콘서트 비슷하게 했네요 태양은 yg 자회사로 알고 있어요 멤버들 짬이 있으니 소속사 달라도 콘서트 가능할 거 같아요

I'm so UPSET but JOYFUL at the same time cause THIS is why I got into K-pop and stayed loving K-pop! They are so singular as individual artists but work seamlessly in a group. They bring excitement, chaos and rebellion to such a structured and formulaic industry. They weren't preoccupied by the choreography and vocal perfection but got lost in the art...the music. U don't see that a lot in K-pop and that's sad. You can feel the passion they have for music and performing. I respected Big Bang the most cause I felt that they rebelled against the stereotypes that defined boy bands in Korea. They maintained and clearly expressed who they wanted to be as artists and they deserve all the praise and allocates they get. In an over saturated industry they managed to stand out amongst their peers and that's the beauty of this group; they celebrate the beauty of being different, wild, weird, unconventional in a society that is obsessed with being conventional. Few artists have managed to differentiate themselves and become as distinct as Big Bang has, it's honestly a gift. If Big Bang break up it'll definitely be a huge loss the K-pop industry and music in general.

your post just described all my thoughts perfectly! most kpop groups are so synchronized with their choreography it seems like they're just human robots doing what the industry has always done, but when you go to bigbang you can see their individuality and their stage presence really shines through. I mean they barely even care for the choreography yet the performance was equally maybe even better than a perfect routine with other boy groups. truly legends

Whenever I look at Big Bang, I can't help but be proud of how far they have come. They have been one of the main factors that have made K-Pop to where it is now. It's sad that we'll be seeing TOP go serve, however we should be thankful for the 10 years of joy and music they have given us. Fighting!

Tїґaмїsц As far as I know, TOP said it's not the military he is going to serve but its only Police😏. You have two options to serve which is the military or police. They do this in Korea to train male gender in case something happen.
