Its a filter in Windows Movie Maker. You load the video into the program, add the filter, and save it.

i never knew TOP's rapping part required that much dancing. o_o

Lol, In The Normal Version, You Need To Use Opposite Side To What The Character Is Doing (If The Cartoons Arm Was Going Right, You Would Have To Go Left) With Mirrored, You Don't Need To Go The Opposite Way, So It's Easier! Hope This Helped!
