Such a great design! You really made the city block feel alive and kind of blend in with the surrounding buildings, even if the Arts Quarter may not seem like an obvious choice for a build like this. Kudos! As always, you incorporate so many tiny details that give this place personality, be they an alligator or the strange creature from Batuu in the water, the incredibly creative "bathroom" (so many ingenious and delightfully grungy ideas!), the constant movement and sound of dripping water everywhere, grunge and grime on walls and floors, graffiti, posters, a security door leading from the sewers into an operating or maintenance room of the subway, pillows arranged a sleeping bag to turn it into a cosy corner, so many things you considered! And you also created such great objects and effects working with those live edit pieces to make tunnels and pipes; I was watching mouth agape, absolutely fascinated with your boundless imagination. Really, really great work! 🥰

I can see there being so many gameplay possibilities with this build! 🤩 It really adds a lot of realism to the city. I love how creative you got with the bathroom. It really fits the whole vibe of this place. And you really made the sewers feel like they could go on forever. Love that! I am a little scared for that Sim lounging in the water though. 😱 I don’t think I could relax with that giant alligator lurking in the water! 😆

This is amazing! How did you get the running water effect? I only recently-ish discovered the debug items, and have gotten a major itch to make run-down/abandoned etc lots. Might even do a save file around it!
