@@sureshchakravarthi9683 நானும், என் கணவரும் இருபது வருடங்களுக்கு முன்பு அருணாச்சல்பிரதேசம் சென்று கொண்டு இருந்த போது காலை ஏழு மணி அளவில் கரக்பூர் ரயில் நிலையத்தில் பத்து ரூபாய்க்கு பத்து பூரி withதண்ணீர் போல உருளைமசாலா ,ஒரு தொன்னை போல கப் ஒன்றில் ஊற்றி கொடுத்தார்கள். Outside உணவுகளை விரும்பாதவள் நான்.பசியிருந்தும் சாப்பிடாமல் இருந்த என்னை ,நன்றாக இருக்கிறது சாப்பிட்டு பார்க்கும் படி கணவர் கூறியதால் சாப்பிட்டேன். உண்மையில் அதிகப்படியான மசால்கள் இல்லாமலே அந்த உருளைமசாலா மிகவும் சுவையாக இருந்தது. இத்தனை வருடங்கள் கழிந்தும் என் நாக்கில் அந்த சுவையை உணர்கிறேன். அதனால்தான் உங்களுடைய இந்த ரெசிப்பி முறையை பாராட்டி இருக்கிறேன்.வாழ்க வளமுடன். 🙏

Viswa Nathan it is a preserved thalippu items sun dried in summer and stored in air tight containers for daily use. It predominantly consist of onion garlic mustard seeds urid Channa dals jeera etc
